1) Scope
This explicit consent text has been prepared so that ENOCSI Software and Information Technologies Inc. ("ENOCSI" or the "Company") can send you marketing communications about its software supply-chain security platform and related services.
2) Legal Basis
Based on your explicit consent under Articles 5/1 and 9/1 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698), your personal data such as your name, surname, corporate e-mail address and organisation information may be processed for marketing communication purposes.
3) Processing Purposes
- Sending you information about new features, plans and updates of the ENOCSI platform.
- Sending security notices, maintenance and other product-related announcements.
- Informing you about online events, trainings and webinars organised by ENOCSI, and keeping track of these communications.
4) Storage & International Transfer
For these purposes, your personal data will be stored and processed on the technical infrastructure used by ENOCSI, in particular on the cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) where the ENOCSI platform is hosted.
As some of these servers are located outside Türkiye, your personal data may be stored and processed on servers abroad within this scope. Such transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent in accordance with Article 9/1 of Law No. 6698.
6) Voluntary Nature of Consent
Not giving your consent, or withdrawing it later, will not prevent you from creating an ENOCSI account or using the core functions of the platform.
7) Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link included in our e-mails or by contacting ENOCSI at info@enocsi.com. Upon withdrawal, marketing communications will be stopped.
